it has just hit me that before the month is over i will have finished my undergraduate education, turn 22, skydive for the first time, watch my baby sister graduate from high school, pack up all my stuff and be in thailand.

time freaking flies.

i wish it would slow down a little.

change is hard to handle.

2008. the year of new beginnings. so far i've learned:

* i am beloved

* life is not a race

* friends are the best

* i'm actually korean (?!)

* God is good... ALL the time

* there's just so much more to learn.

it's just emotion taking me over~

i feel like so much has happened since my last xanga post.

i survived finals, i spent a week at home with the good ol' torrance gang, and i went to europe!

europe was everything i dreamed it to be and more. it's hard to put into words how awesome that trip was. it was just great company, amazing food, beautiful architecture, exceptional art, breathtaking scenery... and i can go on. gilbert, jaron, and i went to amsterdam, edam, berlin, munich, dresden, prague, munich, dachau, venice, rome, pisa, florence, tyrol (austria), lucerne, and paris through contiki- a tour made for 18-35 year olds. our group was just under 50 people mostly from australia and the united states but also from canada and new zealand. the trip was a really good chance to meet people from other countries, marvel at the sites, and party (although i went to bed by like.. midnight every night because i am a granny). *i highly recommend*

anyways, now i'm back in san diego for the summer to work (cuz i'm broke now) and summer school... so if you're down here, call me to play! and if you're not down here, call me anyway :D

ps. as much as i really love europe. i love america :D (esp. the cheap/fatty food! mmm.. cotixan)

it's finals week and i just spent the last three days watching "Heroes"

in three days, i've watched 18 episodes.

18 ONE HOUR EPISODES!!!

gah! what am i doing with my life?!

but since there are only 5 more episodes to go...might as well finish the season right?

btw.. this series is pretty freakin scary. i've had to sleep with my nightlight and stuffed animals for the past couple of nights. i wish i was genetically evolving tho..
